Não são só os trabalhadores/funcionários públicos que geram ineficiência e que são improdutivos. A despesa pública (em milhares de milhões) é e foi autorizada por alguém!... agora vamos ter de a pagar. Contratos leoninos, despesa pública ilegítima. ___________________________________
